National Youth League

All the teams in Sections A, B, and C shall play twice against each other in two roundson a single round-robin basis.

At the end of such round, a second phase is played wherein the teams classified in the first six (6) places in the League during the First Phase shall play against each other and the teams classified seventh (7th) to twelfth (12th) in the League during the First Phase shall play against each other.

In the case of Section A and B this second phase shall be played on a double-round robin basis, whereas in Section C it shall be played on a single round-robin basis.
